    @ifandbut01 @ThatEnglishGent @LoreReloaded @SpacedockHQ @MccabeAlasdair @EckhartsLadder No, but the FidoNet BBS's did. We also had Prodigy, and AOL. Some smaller ones as well. There has always been debate. Never has it been so bad. I remember there being a lot of hate for Voyager. Hate for DS9. The hate because, or over (neutrality sake) STD, imo is overwhelming!

    @rinoalane @hannahposts I’m a 1 because I personally never had an AOL email address. I had an AIM screen name, of course, but I was at Yahoo for email.

    @daibhidc I think four points. No walkman, myspace or aol. Have not personally owned an encyclopedia, though my family/household did. Have listened to other people's vinyl records but never chose the music. Was confused about boombox but that's because the term is unfamiliar.

    @16bitnostalgia I've never paid for anything with a paper check. I don't remember if I sent or received any faxes when I worked at the summer job at the bookshop or not, but otherwise I've done it all. Oh wait... I don't think I actually had an AOL e-mail address, but I did use AIM.

    @ImJimR87 "Owned *an* encyclopedia." Telling. The person who wrote this has probably never seen the 20+ volumes of a *set* of encyclopedias. Only rich people could afford that when I was a kid. The rest of us used the ones at the library. Never had My Space or AOL.
