@ianbremmer Look at it from the perspective of return in investment. This very well could turn out to be the worst business deal of all time. Could make the AOL - Time Warner deal look like peanuts compared to his future loss. I guess it is more a question of how much your ego is worth.

Hi @AOL, I'm trying to delete my late father's account and the online process just says "you can't do that" and your phone support people have no idea how anything works. It's pretty bad!

@AOL @Yahoo Wow, just tried to log into my aol account that I’ve had for 25 years to find everything deleted. I was just told you send out warnings to log in and I can’t get them back. My last email was from aol was when I changed my password last year, no warning. Aol=worst company ever
