@49ersSFGiants1 Yeah you ain’t wrong there. Never really messed with AOL. I was on but didn’t care for it. Only talked to people I knew from school and stuff.

Ok, three dangerous differences, since I gave two: ad auctions and user-created groups. The third bad difference is that AOL used to cost money, so they could easily entice moderators for chat rooms by giving them free accounts. Facebook’s paying moderators & the PTSD is worse.

I owe it to AOL and SNL for educating me when I was still single digits of age. But TWA’s crash shook the **** out of me because I was visiting Florida like once a year, so I was anxious every time I got back on a plane.
