@AndrewYang He would have, it was TW/AOL that sold WCW. Ted would have never gotten rid of it, he was a legit fan.

Oh it's mother's day? I don't know what the deal with my family was. Our AOL profile that my dad wrote when we first got the Internet said we were a dysfunctional family. He's dysfunctional, mom was probably broken. My brother and I? Sought help from the world, no God at home.

@ForemanTaxLaw Do you know, on a certain level, an AOL email address demands respect. I mean, this guy could be the worst lawyer in history, or he’s so good that he just does what he wants. Kind of like the guy that wears new balance tennis shoes with slacks.

Did you know that in the late 90s, dial-up internet was so slow that it could take minutes to load a single webpage? We survived endless beeping and buffering just to chat on AOL! Crazy times! #90sNostalgia #DialUpDays #GenXMemories

@mirageofwins @jeanphilippedr1 @jedigoodman No, Eric Bischoff didn't bankrupt WCW. It never filed bankruptcy. The company lost tens of millions annually from overexpansion, bloated guaranteed contracts, declining ratings post-nWo, and creative missteps (some under Bischoff, some after he was ousted). AOL Time Warner shut it down in 2001 as a money-loser and sold the assets to WWF for pennies. Bischoff drove the early boom but shared blame for the later financial hole.

A **** joke by a **** comedian that spent zero time finding out why age of consent exists. The only thing that can be said is search engines barely existed back then, but he probably could have found at least something on AOL if he really wanted to.

@mysteriouskat I never read books after AOL. Everything I needed to know was on the internet. I literally had zero use for most books and it's not to say they aren't useful, but I just came up at a different time. I've been glued to the computer ever since.
