@cgheilman AOL never connected as fast as that gif would suggest. You’d sit in that first box for at least 30 seconds waiting for the screeching to finish.

Everyone is out here arguing with @jack about web3, I just had to break it to my grandfather that AOL isn’t a thing anymore… when he asked how I lied to women now that their messenger service isn’t a thing, I told him I just lie to their face. #ASL #AOL #web3

@DebatesDefence @AOL You’ve got to be careful who you contact for help cause not everyone mentioned in the comments section is actually out to help. If you’re having any trouble with your account and you need help i can only suggest you reach out @utopiantechh, that’s the only person I’m sure of

  • MarkHunterIndy Mark Hunter (@MarkHunterIndy) reported

@punishedemma The internet was better before normies figured out how to use it. Web TV and then AOL were the downfall. The old barrier to entry kept out the undesirables. The net is for fake Scully nudes, bad Star Trek fanfic, and guys who discuss Linux. Not for the cool kids or Grandma.

@AOLSupportHelp I may have been wrong in re this, but screenshot sending has still been an ongoing problem.
