@nydia113 @AOL Right!! They got it easy as hell, don’t even know what a busy signal is! Or how about developing a selfie! Wasn’t no proofing your pics, you were either looking great or like a container of puddy....😂 Either way you had to wait to find out!

@sergitosergito I always find it so funny, we have the most advanced technology in Block Chain but the mobile portion is like dial up Internet service circa AOL 1995

@JobHuntin my memory is that Nyetscape was only available for a day before it was replaced with IE inside the AOL client, possibly as part of a negotiation tactic (though you could use any browser and treat the AOL client as a fairly expensive dialler)

@adamlaiacano @d6 @lenazun We got my mother in law a computer and AOL just before they went to unlimited connection time:-) Had to turn modem sounds back on to find out that her connection problems were busy signals.

@Huge_McRunFast @CurveDigital Calm down, lawn mower simulators have existed ever since AOL had a gaming site. Let people have their fun if that's what they want to do. It's not like it's directly hurting you.

@tomhallsep @WSWS_Updates I had an AOL dial-up account in 1996. With a Mac SE. Web sites were even far more primitive then. And extremely slow.

.@SIRIUSXM has fully adopted the old @AOL’s business model. They overcharge you until you decide to call or chat with an agent and you get to cancel or get a 80%+ off discount. Not the best customer experience.

@LorNrocks @redditships I'm 43, remember when email first became publicly available and all the addresses were like serial numbers, and used the AOL CDs as a teen. I've never heard of it either. Not sure this is primarily an age thing.
