    @jaywillis I have an AOL mail account. Never been hacked. #agedtoperfection

  • CampbellSocProf Bradley Campbell (@CampbellSocProf) reported

    So we spent a long time like that because @AOL thought I had an obligation to do business with them if I couldn't give them a convincing reason I needed to cancel. This is the extreme version of making it easy to subscribe & difficult to cancel, but it's all crookery (4)

    @gtconway3d I'm pretty sure someone said they were insurance company litigators. Ancient enough to have AOL email addresses. This is another grift. Still, you'd think he has enough legal issues to deal with. Hope those suckers got their retainer upfront.

    @cjrmurphy1 @SundaeRedux @AOL good points, however I only use the free aol version. I use other programs for security (Norton has it's own issues). But for the basic aol mail set up, it's just not as complicated as many others (rules, filters, etc) AOL is like "email for dummies"(me) so I feel in control.

    @SundaeRedux @AOL Damn, I haven't used AOL since 3.0.

  • LawDawg_32 Freddy (@LawDawg_32) reported

    @ScottGreenfield My personal email is still AOL for the same reason. I don't understand the arrogance over an e-mail address. They all work the same. In fact, google e-mail is awful with how it bunches everything together, even after you've forwarded something to a third party.

  • Jfb31664 Jfb31664 (@Jfb31664) reported

    @retog_rick @SundaeRedux @AOL I'm not billed and don't pay for the service. If you are referring to ads...I'm still not the one paying the bill.

  • mikelotus Mike Confoy 🇺🇸 ≠ 🇷🇺 (@mikelotus) reported

    @TheRickWilson Three of the lawyers have AOL emails. Both Twitter and Facebook have court enforceable Terms of Service that suits must be filed locally in California, which courts have upheld, not in Florida. I don't think this is going anywhere.

  • jtduckfan JT (@jtduckfan) reported

    @bradheath His lawyers have aol email addresses you think they read the ToS? This **** would be hilarious if ~30-40% of the country wasn’t in his cult.
