    @madsthetic On the Delphi service (AOL competitor which had the official show-sanctioned message boards) they were called “Estrogen Brigades” (biologically essentialist lol). So there was a DDEB and a MPEB. This was 1994.

    I’m old enough to remember dial up AOL where they had a dorm monitor that would kick you out of a chat room for typing the word, ****.

    @BJMendelson True, also Tony has money and so does hit dad. Bichoff was trying to line up investors to pitch to a network (I think TNN or Fox Sports), but Vince swooped in and bought them on the cheap. Ratings were terrible there and that was why AOL didn’t see it as a viable option.

    @bobservo I love listening to the Discovery HBO AOL Time Warner Talking Simpsons network of podcasts, but I hate that they moved all the What a Cartoons to a separate tab

    @MatthewVeasey @retiredPhlADA We could go on all day about this issue (in fact we’ve have been since the old Dom G AOL/ MattMan3rd boards). And the only thing changed is the names and faces. Still crime. Still division. 500 murders 1990. Can’t blame Krasner is the only lesson from that history
