    Having a customer service rep trying to dog walk you in broken English when there is a real issue with their service is infuriating. Congratulations @aol on having worst service than Comcast, impressive.

    @1D_Nasty The amount of $ Mark brings in, one would think there would be customer service of some sort even if people had to pay $1 a phone call or 1 rupee, insert whatever country for customer service. It's beyond lawless. I miss the days of AOL.

    @steveeejg Argos offer a service- costs £50- where they disconnect and take your old wm away and plumb your new one in. You buy it at time of sale. They also offer Argos credit where you can pay monthly. Other shops do this too like aol but Argos were cheapest.,
