If you guess your aol password incorrectly three times it locks you out for 12 hours. No customer service override. This is not how you provide customer satisfaction an why I moved to Gmail 😂

But we’re back to work. Tomorrow the aol man will be stopping by to show me how to fix my website. But once that’s fixed, I want to show you more about something I’ve been concerned to share with people

  • TavaresJones1 DIRRTYRAIDERCANE🙌🏿 (@TavaresJones1) reported

@MaskedRyder @nikoexxtra I'm gonna go with the AOL/TIME Warner merger. They hated wrestling and couldn't wait to get off the network even if it was still the highest rated show they had. If WCW still had TNT, Bischoff would've bought it and at least attempted to save it. I'm a 4ever optimistic diehard.

  • Cooney52 Jon Cooney (@Cooney52) reported

@TonyKhan @AEW Wrong. WCW closing and being bought had zero to do with Ted's wrestling knowledge, or lack their of. He didn't Run WCW as you do. He owned it. It was a subsidiary of Turner. WCW went down due to people at AOL/Time Warner not liking pro wrestling and looking at it as "low brow"

  • SassySquatch530 SassySquatch530 (@SassySquatch530) reported

@1Stop_Wrestling Anyone who says WWE had anything to do with it only saw the narrative portrayed on screen. It was 100% the Time Warner/AOL merge and the network hating wrestling. Ted loved it and as soon as it was out of his hands there was no hope.

@HBOMaxHelp are you going to fix your app, or do I need to cancel my subscription? Feels like AOL dial up circa 1991

  • amritabithi amrita 🪶 (@amritabithi) reported

@Streaming_Sats I like how AOL was better and I never used AOL, like having it have everything connected in one thing you log in to, the chat and search and everything else, so everyone is on together.

  • PeasPolo84 PettyLaMale (@PeasPolo84) reported

@B1ackSchefter I’ve been constantly bombarded with so much fake **** since the inception of the aol internet I can’t except this

  • utterlybased wagmi (@utterlybased) reported

@ApeddaddyRick @_Urkann @doodles Never having to even consider gas is liberating. ETH was revolutionary but so was AOL.

  • SchmaltzDiva Anita Malchiodi (@SchmaltzDiva) reported

@ToniC8 The larger the following, the increased likelihood of that crap happening. I remember when chatrooms on AOL were fun and interesting. That was when AOL still hadn't reach 250 thousand members. Then the flamers joined. Arrrgh. Makes me feel like a f*cking elitist.
