Adulting department, successful. Cancelled an email account from an old ISP that I hadn’t been on in (several? Many?) years. Sorry to those 20k plus emails that are never getting read. Goes to the graveyard in the ether, along with my AOL account.

If you guess your aol password incorrectly three times it locks you out for 12 hours. No customer service override. This is not how you provide customer satisfaction an why I moved to Gmail 😂

@cjane87 I keep putting the emails in the spam folder, but the filter keeps putting the new ones in my inbox. Maybe AOL just sucks? Everything else I only have to flag once or twice, though.

Now I kinda want a drawing of Steph trying to help the RSK find its human and treating it sorta like a lost child in the mall but also sorta like a lost dog with no tags "What does your human look like?" *AOL bootup noises* "Uh huh....."

@PlateLicker_21m @saifedean Just because there is **** coins doesn't mean every coin is a shitcoin. BTC is a slow outdated whale invested and manipulated trash can. There are far more reliable tokens with better tokenomics. AOL may have owned the early days of web1 but it died out after Y2K. BTC will also.

@finalmasterm0dx Oh yeah, I remember that one. I was too young and dumb to know better, so needless to say my mother was quite upset that I gave the family computer a virus.. more than once.. lol. It was a fun time on the internet though. I'll never forget the AOL message boards with dialup.

@CryptoBull2017 Meh. I think that’s like saying everyone should have owned AOL in the early 90’s. I’m not a huge BTC believer. Crypto sure. Bitcoin lacks a use case, it’s slow and it’s antiquated tech.

@aolmail is my email provider. I just got a phishing email pretending to be from AOL and it wasn't blocked by AOL. How is that possible? Not only that, but there's no mechanism for me to tag it as a phishing email to help AOL filter it out. Amateurs!
