When I worked for her, I had no ability to negotiate. As a broke *** college student when the minimum wage was $4.25, $10 felt good. She hired me to help her with screenwriting software Final Draft, but really she needed help with AOL—mostly refriending friends she’d unfriended

Try and cancel a goddamn @EarthLink account if you have a lot of time to waste... I thought the @FTC was on these types of shenannigans, making it hard to cancel accounts. Didn't @AOL get fined for this?
