@AOLSupportHelp I currently getting the worst support ever. I noticed that my DOB is incorrect on my account. The support rep refuses to escalate to a higher level. I’ve asked to speak to his manager & it seems I’ve been purposely put on hold for now over an hour. 25+yr customer

@AOL - I had a bad experience with AOL mail and am hoping to get it resolved. Do I really have to start paying a subscription fee for something that should be a simple fix and was previously part of the email service when I opened my account? Seems like a bait and switch.

@AOLSupportHelp And unfortunately for being on the phone for 2hrs and 23 minutes to resolve an issue that you all created is infuriating. What happens when I need to provide you with a DOB in the future and it doesn’t match?
