@skinnymysterio WCW cut everyones salaries in half in 92 cause they could. Also AOL wanted wrestling ******** off tnt didnt matter if nitro started destroying raw in ratings. All these corporate pricks are the same.

  • JPMcEvoyNYC James McEvoy🇺🇲🇮🇪🌈♊👨‍🦰 (@JPMcEvoyNYC) reported from Manhattan, New York

@electroboyusa Nope. Same AOL email since dial-up. I also have the same phone number since 1986 and never had a Facebook account. Never felt the need to follow the crowd "just because".

  • steketee steketee (@steketee) reported from Manhattan, New York

@aripap If AOL could figure out why they dropped the ball in AIM, I might consider reading the rest of their issues

  • antiqueboy Andrew Malin (@antiqueboy) reported from Congers, New York

Adulting department, successful. Cancelled an email account from an old ISP that I hadn’t been on in (several? Many?) years. Sorry to those 20k plus emails that are never getting read. Goes to the graveyard in the ether, along with my AOL account.

  • Newyorkist Imagine your block without cars (@Newyorkist) reported from Manhattan, New York

@CNN if he doesn't come back what do you think will happen to Amazon? Maybe it will **** the bed like Yahoo or Aol? What do you think?

  • Podia2Dromedary Matty 🇺🇸 🇺🇦🇨🇦🇫🇷🇮🇱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Podia2Dromedary) reported from Manhattan, New York

The truth is I never had a MySpace account but I did have Prodigy, AOL and NetZero.

  • britshaniece Brittany♚ (@britshaniece) reported from Manhattan, New York

Think about how horny you gotta be to see some porn in the Fleets. That UX is horrible. AOL dial-up porn.

  • Michael203W8 Michael Riley (@Michael203W8) reported from Manhattan, New York

@piersmorgan @elonmusk Piers I’m a big fan but this is the second worst deal (AOL/TW No.1) In history. Twitter has never made money, that was before ad revs dropped and before you tack on interest costs of $13b. Debacle

  • jschulweis Jason Schulweis ☕️ (@jschulweis) reported from Manhattan, New York

My thoughts on the Yahoo/AOL news summed up as follows: - as a former Yahoo, I still bleed Purple for the brand. It mattered so much to so many for so long, and still does to a degree (just in different ways) - The middle is a bad place to be. If you can’t compete in scale…

  • ajmichell Eberrgromp (@ajmichell) reported from Manhattan, New York

    @powellmansfield aol would never

  • dberkowitz David Berkowitz (@dberkowitz) reported from Manhattan, New York

@michaelmiraflor @Aerocles @MattJMcD Why is it a problem that they’re asking what web3 is? To me, that’s a great sign that they care. This is so new in any practical sense. The web itself didn’t matter to most without the browser & AOL. Web 2 didn’t matter for most until Facebook. Most people need real applications.

  • smp00 Sheila Phelan (@smp00) reported from Cos Cob, Connecticut

@aolmail my cell email app is all of a sudden not accepting my credentials. Web mail works fine. Is this a temporary serve issue?

  • BoysAreRights Richard Eduardo Scott (@BoysAreRights) reported from Bronx, New York

@16_49_54_67_88, on aol at, PRIMERACORONA (NEVER CAN BE KING PER MAGNA CARTA DOCTRINE AND CLUES IN THE ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION, PREAMBLE AND MY CONSTITUTION AND BILL OF RIGHTS) and also MR. RAIN54, and SENATORSCOTT V. @RepRichardScott or @SenatorTimScott (conflict of interest).

@sarahcumbie I used to get in trouble for getting on AOL & them missing phone calls 😭

  • tmrch28 therealsylviaTee (@tmrch28) reported from Manhattan, New York

@hopefulmetsfan @Mets This game took me back to the early days of the AOL message boards where no one was spared when games like this happened This offense or lack thereof is embarrassing While the pitching is doing the job the bats are in a coma Poor max he got the Degrom offense

  • thankyoumoses 2020 Owes us a Refund (@thankyoumoses) reported from Bronx, New York

I like to think I let **** go but I’m still out here using my AOL email

  • allsenseaside Mike (@allsenseaside) reported from Mount Vernon, New York

@OMEGAJACKSON914 Also I dunno who Keith Lee is but I appreciate your current name either way. My first AOL **** was Lando Calripkenjr haha.

    We never should’ve abandoned AOL

  • Kristen_Booth Kristen Booth (@Kristen_Booth) reported from Manhattan, New York

    Why is my #ATT network buffering like a late 90s #AOL dial-up? 😡🤬😡🤬

  • Helen_Highly HelenHighly “somewhat in the business of truth”🐀 (@Helen_Highly) reported from Manhattan, New York

@MsHannahMurphy 👆 Whut?! Is this what you were referring to, @dcboyisangry? Or did you just instinctively know not to trust Mvsk with your debit card? Holy moley, I'd rather send my PIN to a exiled prince who asked me for help via AOL.

AOL Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • real_pornsak Pornsak Pichetshote (@real_pornsak) reported

Was sent a notice that if I don't log into my old AOL account (after years of it being inactive), I'd lose it, so I checked & found it had 2K unread emails, and my first thought was, damn, still not even close to competing with @thetzechun

  • PeterCHoran Peter C. Horan (@PeterCHoran) reported

@bmorrissey AOL and Comcast wrote that playbook. We dare you to cancel!

  • shawn_pursley Purzzzzz (@shawn_pursley) reported

@Out5p0ken Per FBI discussion about the idiot couple in Detroit last week…hope none of these people are using cell phone, credit cards, toll passes on highways, AOL or social media as they all track them already.

  • wanyinbot Jiang Cheng (@wanyinbot) reported

Jin Ling. Come help me guess Wei Wuxian's AOL password

  • dereklongstaff Derek Longstaff (@dereklongstaff) reported

I don’t like social media. I know, hypocritical to post this on SM. But search on FB, Twit etc. is awful. Format, organization and content algorithms are ****. SM in 2020s is AOL in the mid-90s. You use it only bc you must.

  • StevenJay1988 Steven Jay (@StevenJay1988) reported

I appreciate what Jet Blue is trying to do to give free wifi on flights, but it’s so so bad. Like dial up AOL 1997. Elon is going to put humans on Mars any day now & I can’t get reliable wifi on a flight. wtf are we doing.

  • NebulaDMars8 Dolos (@NebulaDMars8) reported

@conspiracyb0t Kinda never heard of it? I remember when it was when we started using the internet in the 90s like AOL and such

  • Zemi_God Emerald (@Zemi_God) reported

.@AOLSupportHelp Your spam controls are absolutely awful. Just awful. Hire more people and crack down on this garbage.

  • StflrsHockeyMom Kenzi Vstol (@StflrsHockeyMom) reported

@AOL, it would be wonderful if a technical representative could look into why my email account was deleted out of nowhere, with no warning. I tried to log in tonight, it said you “can’t recover my account”, and now all of my Christmas shopping information is gone. Please help. 🙏🏻

  • smpa (((Sarah))) (@smpa) reported

@JeromeTaylor I'd just like to point out that anyone who has proactively labeled themselves as a female has had this problem going all the way back to the BBS/Usenet/AOL chatroom days. Girls got horrifying *** far more than boys; "don't give your A/S/L" was already standard advice in 1993.
