@fartelengelbert @RichardGJP @nadinecarroll @ClaireBerlinski I know you are an important guy and all Englebert and I assume really smart too. But the moron uses an unsecure cell phone. I have no care about what this idiot puts in writing in his AOL account. He hands pretty much everything off to his pals in Eastern Europe and Saudi anyway.

@RalphusSecurity hah well I do still have my Kent email from my days there in 2006 - 2008 but. someone who was one of the main executives at the #RockHall who we had to treat like a god still having an AOL email is still hilarious to me 😜

@justicar I think that’s the only way it takes off. Without an ecosystem that supports a broad and diverse way for people to engage, it’s just prodigy/compuserve/aol again. Having 25 different texting services sucks but it works bc of low overhead. That won’t fly with increased immersion.

@markflowchatter I don't know if AOL/TWX is applicable. Chronic care management is big with employers. The issue is the Livongo/@GlenTullman model is that you get paid for the employees you sign up and engage, rather than a flat fee. It's value-based care. Growth isn't a gimme - it takes work.
