@meggiehd Fun fact - I was looking at custom builders last week in Omaha and found a model home I really liked... my buyers agent had never heard of the builder but asked if I would trust a 400k house to someone with an AOL email address :) (disclaimer I have no issues with hotmail lol)

7-10 days in the mail. The refund will be determined by them based on some opaque criteria. But there is another snag: "I've never seen a check, we'll just re-debit." Yes, but that bank account is defunct, what are you gonna do? "Hmm..." AOL, you have talented people on staff.
