Oh yes, and back in the waaaay old days (like 1994) internet services (or their closed-circuit predecessors like Prodigy, AOL, and Compuserve) charged BY THe HOUR for service. Think about how many people would stay off the internet if that were the truth today!

A neurosurgeon, must of the time, cannot fix his car. Once there was MySpace….. AOL was huge until it wasn’t…… Is content moderation the reason behind TikTok’s success? For a businessman, desperation kicks in if he can’t resale despite the fact that he still have TOTAL control

  • TabbyKat327 Ms. Tabitha Twitchit (@TabbyKat327) reported

@notcapnamerica Low tax base. Mom lives in the villages, fl. Surrounding areas have dirt roads, dry spots with no wifi signal at all or cell towers. Some people are still doing dialup on their AOL accts. Inside the gates, it's all $$$. Pay to play. Low taxes and spotty infrastructure does this.

@KeemWinsAgain @DrainBamager I'll never forget scanning the #Goldberg QR code in 1998 and deciphering cryptic messages across AOL to finally find out THE STORY REASON why he uses a Jackhammer and a Spear.
