    @KarenBeChirico @TPCarney I agree with Columbine. As a preteen, it affected me greatly. I remember sitting at the family computer (on dial-up AOL) crying while looking at a site to memorialize the victims while an awful midi version of “Every Breath You Take” by The Police played on repeat. 💔

    Due to morbid curiosity, I just looked at some of the stuff I wrote back in the day. From a 3/10 review: "you'll take the disc out, chuck it in a furnace and pray it'll be reincarnated as an AOL CD" Timeless stuff, you'd never guess that was written in 2004.

    When I think about it, I would argue that AOL is the first and only computer virus that would track you down in the physical world to invade your magazines and physical mailbox with massive amounts of CDs. @UTKSocialMedia
