@PhillyMike My best friend worked in one of the towers. Luckily he went to work later than most people. There was no cell service that day so the only way to finally communicate with him was via AOL IM lol

After much mediation and soul searching, I figured out what my New Years resolution for online stuff is... get better at replying to messages on Twitter, Instagram and Discord. I have not seen so many messages not replied to since I checked my AOL in 10th grade...7k email!

@olivercgoetz @CptMutant @trekkiebill 1. Never had an AOL email, but I did have a Geocities. Rotary dial phones, we only had 6 digit numbers back then, but misdial, and you had to start all over again. We had an olive green wall phone, an off white table phone.
