@PhillyMike My best friend worked in one of the towers. Luckily he went to work later than most people. There was no cell service that day so the only way to finally communicate with him was via AOL IM lol

After much mediation and soul searching, I figured out what my New Years resolution for online stuff is... get better at replying to messages on Twitter, Instagram and Discord. I have not seen so many messages not replied to since I checked my AOL in 10th grade...7k email!

@AOLSupportHelp shocking customer care… still waiting for help and support for my dad…. Anyone with older parents still using aol, get them to change ASAP! Nothing but problems and to physically speak to anyone you have to pay a monthly fee 😤

@jensun123 @cheekyhobbit @Ella10104 It seems they relied more on fans who were chatting with Stupin on AOL. I know he said the network stepped in quite a bit. On the OTH podcast they talk about how the network stepped in based on what was happening with other hit shows. They would send notes down to Wilmington.
