In 1994, they finally had a local dial-up service.

Dane Archer (@dane_archer) reported@benjedwards As a Commodore user, I used Quantum Link from late 1985 until it was shut down to make way for it's younger, bigger brother AOL. At the time It was a natural progression. Quantum Link doesn't count as Internet accessability AFAIK, but I do want to justify ever using AOL :)
