Remember when the AOL free trial CDs would come in the mail, sometimes in a tin box. I’d try to get online and I’d get all the way on to the point when it asks for credit card and then be like ****

Will someone make a meme please about people who are still mad that U2 conspired with Apple to give them free music that they didn’t like? You know? They setup their new computer and there’s like AOL or something on it and they ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Free U2 and they lose their ****?!

@thinkorswim What exactly is the issue in the first 10 minutes of trading... The excuse of high volume has been worn out.... The fact the system runs like its on AOL 2.0 is pathetic... So much for the email you sent out that you're working on it and value customers...

she used to be smart and be able to whip out an autopsy report in 20 minutes flat and now all she does is freak out and send emails to Mulder's AOL address. she saw a guy with a gun and freaked out like it had never happened before!

@NixonistE @AOCummies i like how millennials are pretending "wild west" internet is a thing they actually lived through, not just a stupid sequence of consolidated control by AOL and then Myspace and then FB.

@libyajamahiriya That sounds like one of those obviously bullshit stories that would've been included in one of those old AOL e-mail forwards from the late 90's/early 00's. Remember those? The ones that claimed things like **** was an acronym for "ship high in transit".
