Remember when the AOL free trial CDs would come in the mail, sometimes in a tin box. I’d try to get online and I’d get all the way on to the point when it asks for credit card and then be like ****

This swipe-left and swipe-right generation will never know the struggle of trying to hook up with someone from an AOL chat room using a 55k modem on a landline telephone. #XPN90sAtoZ

@stonkswizzard @ClassicValueInv Bad take on AOL origination. They will go up because its the cheapest and fastest mouse trap out there. There is going to be migration in the title space to AOL cause its 70% cheaper. VXTR has first mover advantage here too.

@eleftheria119 there is a solution...it's one nobody wants to do...go back to the old ways. hand written letters, land line, fax, email, aol dm style messaging. if 10% of us decided to do that...I'm sure it would send a message.

There is a major issue with AOL. Since October AOL'S third party App password generator is no longer regularly functioning. Now, AOL email users can no longer easily log-in to Outlook or Mail Apps with the one-time App passwords to access their emails. It's a huge problem.

@Zendette My last resort would be to try again with my old AOL address, but since they pick and choose like the bouncers at Studio 54, I don't know if that would help. 🙄
