@CGasparino $amc apes and silverback have only one way out of this stupid valuation. Buy cash flow for inflated stock ala aol twx Problem is any real company wouldn’t take all stock without a hefty break up fee, collar, or cash component. The stock could break at any minute. Tick tock

@hilzoy Brought up (bad) memories of trying to cancel AOL back in the day when ISPs began to compete. Easy to sign up on-line but had to cancel by phone. Sigh.

@nodqdotcom And Once again TK is talking out of his rear end. If you do a simple thing called you know research,you'd know that WCW was dying WAY before Russo even got there. Did he help? No, but at that point WCW was already on death's bed. Hell the Time Warner/AOL deal killed them.

The network's standards and practices along with the TW/AOL merger is what k!lled WCW not Vince Russo who kept the ratings afloat in the midst of all this. Not only that but it was the network who demanded to put the belt on David Arquette to promote a movie from 3 months ago
