@PaulRiz504 @sama This a dumb take. Tech has a trajectory that can’t be stopped, good or bad. How the hell does it take away anything from STEM? Such a boomer, get off my lawn and still using AOL comment.

@vitaliyk prodigy was gone by 98. That was my first web based service. Then they tried to charge to use the forums and everybody left for the up and coming AOL! LOL. Google has taken over the world.

@TheRogue_Elf @bitterclinger4e They kept offering me free months every time I called and tried to cancel. So I ended up with like 9 free months of AOL trying to cancel them, LOL.

@kerpen You are correct, AOL's entry into the September that Never Ended was March 1994.

@AOL Having huge problems with email. Getting massive amounts of Spam (requesting verification), 200+ emails. Support just sends me a preexisting FAQ. This is beyond just throwing emails into the Spam folder. I am getting 30 emails every 5 minutes

@vitaliyk Indeed. I worked for AOL for nearly 10 years before they closed the call center down where I was working.
