Oh **** no, I take that back. Baby’s FIRST spite was in 8th grade when the school said we couldn’t wear Billabong shirts bc they had the word “bong” so I made an email list on AOL and organized a Billabong Shirt Appreciation Day

I remember hooking up with a guy from an AOL chat room…not like “hook up” by todays standards but meeting up with him - he took me to breakfast- picked me up from HIGH SCHOOL - he was in the army….these days I would NEVER. Don’t know WTF I was thinking - what a time #catfish

@The_Growth_Guy fo real, never had one. i kinda lucked out and went to a (public) highschool with a nice AP computer science program, our teacher managed to get us real internet accounts via a local university (in like 1993-94) so i never ended up bothering with aol.

The internet is a "bubble" of about 5-10 years worth of information. From info being scrubbed/changed, to the physical problem of servers being online (AOL), the digital age is not to be trusted with any lasting information.
