It’s all what is envisioned in this man’s head. Do you remember Prodigy? First online service est early 90s and named accordingly and at around the time i was getting good at using computers. It was a seed of vision. Old man didnt subscribe, prodigy disappeared. AOL camewaylater

@ECMcLaughlin I can totally sympathize w/ you. Had a similar incident w/ our son when he was 10 and that was 15 years ago with AOL Dial-up and parental control settings that couldn't keep up. Can't imagine how much scarier it is to raise children in today's much more advanced internet world!

And just to follow up, In 2000, "Big Tech" was AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail and MySpace. They are all either dead or so deeply on life support that their kids are creeped out looking at them and make excuses not to visit. Big Tech of 2021 is not immune to competition or the same fate.
