    @version3point1 @cranium84 @driverbod125 2½ for me. I had Hotmail rather than AOL, never had MySpace and I'm saying half for owning an encyclopædia. Never owned one, but did use the library one.

    @AOLSupportHelp I’m getting the worst support ever. I noticed that my DOB is incorrect on my account. The support rep refuses to escalate to a higher level. I’ve asked to speak to his manager & it seems I’ve been purposely put on hold for now over an hour. 25+yr customer

    @AOLSupportHelp Unfortunately, the option of opening a new account with you after 25 years to correct an easy issue is not available either. I apologize for the upcoming loss of a 25yr PAYING customer.

    .@AOL Fix your Android app. Every time this backup email address to my @yahoomail pops up a notification on my phone of a new email, I click the *delete* bit of the notification, then months later when I've received a message worth checking, there's 143 messages there NOT deleted

    @AOL - I had a bad experience with AOL mail and am hoping to get it resolved. Do I really have to start paying a subscription fee for something that should be a simple fix and was previously part of the email service when I opened my account? Seems like a bait and switch.

    Just bought a surplus of drinks at Whole Foods for the 4th of July. Forgot my ID at home and the cashier asked me to "do the AOL login noise" as proof I'm over 21. Nailed it.
