    @Ask_Spectrum After 3 technician visits, 3 modems and countless hours of lost work time and sitting on hold why do I still not have any internet service in my home? I had faster service from AOL back in 1997.

    @egyptianruin Prior to the internet (or dial-in services like AOL), going online meant dialing in to a local person's Bulletin Board System they ran from their computer. I used to be a SYSOP (System Operator) of one of those in the early 80s. Talk about slow, the modems were only 300 baud

    @DLoweryAU @somewherein84 When I had to replace my fridge I had an alcove it had to fit into - & I wanted the largest fridge that would fit in this space. Phoned customer service at AOL, gave them the dimensions & they gave me a selection of fridges to choose from. Fantastic service!

    @had6es Hello! I saw your twt mentioning AOL, so I guess my insights might help u. Jin Mi's character was way more well written and portrayed in the drama compared to the book. The scriptwriters made some changes with the plot and I think if you go halfway through the drama, you'll -

    In case you’re curious. It takes about 11 years before web browsers and web services stop supporting your computer. (Currently updating my father-in-law’s MacBook Pro from Yosemite to High Sierra because Chrome and AOL dot com no longer support Yosemite.)
