    @cox_tom I decided to cancel my AOL subscription as it didn't work on my Mac. Did it during my work lunch hour. I held my nerve as they passed me on to many different people begging me to stay and offering me the world. 1&1/2 hrs later I succeeded. I had applause from work colleagues!

    @ThisOldTech2 I have never had an AOL email address, as AOL didn't operate in the Netherlands. Nether have I paid anything with a paper check. We stopped using those in 1990... but I understand they're still around across the ocean.

    @coffee_anytime For me that lives i Sweden, I've never had an AOL e-mail and never paid for something with a paper check. But I got paid by paper check at my first job.
