Scribbly (@ScribblerMcgee) reported@kellykurdt @BarclaysUK It might come to that, but I'm told that it is because the loans team isn't customer facing and only they can do it (???) but it will be flagged by the system 'probably in three days though it does say we're expecting two more payments'. Just amazing levels of incompetence tbh.
