    Just got off the phone with @BarclaysUK because I noticed a direct debit payment go out for a loan that should have been closed down months ago. Apparently the loan is indeed now 'in credit' but I can't get a timescale on when I get that money back. Great stuff.

    On hold with @BarclaysUK. ETA to call answering: 10 mins. IVR options that match my issue: None. Options for "if you have sent in documents and we asked for more information" and "you need help filling in the form". No option for "you filled in the form and we say you didn't"

    @BarclaysUK I opened an account some days ago , but I realise that I put some wrong details , to be more exactly the last 3 years history of living locations, that’s the one. How can I fix the problem ? There’s no option in the app.

    Just called @Disney_UK Store because (yet another) parcel hasn't arrived. This woman might have helped a bit but for a company like Disney, she sure sounded pissed off! @BarclaysUK Closing loads of branches, limiting services without giving customers a choice. Awful bank.

    @barclays it really shouldn’t be this hard to do simple tasks like opening a children’s saving account! Twice our video call has timed out while on hold while no one was available to see us yesterday in branch. Such poor customer service @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK

    @kellykurdt @BarclaysUK It might come to that, but I'm told that it is because the loans team isn't customer facing and only they can do it (???) but it will be flagged by the system 'probably in three days though it does say we're expecting two more payments'. Just amazing levels of incompetence tbh.

    @karen_swainston Just held in for 2 hours 20 mins for @BarclaysUK only to be cut off ! Responding to their request for me to contact them by phone ! They cannot expect small business owners to spend this amount of time just trying to speak to someone - such poor customer service
