It's pretty duplicitious to say counter transactions are down in the pandemic when you wouldn't let most people in, and then use that as an excuse to close my local branch. Not helped by morons who can’t even handle a simple call transfer without dropping the call. One of them clearly working from home but actually at the local Starbucks or something.
