  @BarclaysLDN @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK , one of the worst support experience . I called in as my credit card’s contactless is not working . voice recognition is horrible and never get why I called , later it asked me check on app for booking a callback , on app it is not there

  Hello @BarclaysUK. In my honest opinion, the Branch Finder on your website needs a complete overhaul and regular updating. I checked it this morning to see if my local branch was open today, and to my delight, it was! Yet I arrive at the door to find it closed! Misleading 🙄

  @BarclaysUK you need to sort your @Android app out - no contactless payment since the update to Android 12. And your 'customer care' chat and phone channels offer zero assistance. Poor.

  @BarclaysUK hello, why aren't we able to remove saved payees from the Barclays app? I have people I haven't spoken to for well over a year on there. All your guides online are outdated for both app and desktop site

  @BarclaysUK worst bank ever, South Shields branch closed YET AGAIN after trailing all the way down town today to find that the closet branch open is miles away in Sunderland after they have closed all of their other sub branches in the town, looks like its time to find a new bank

  @BarclaysUK @drowso Deeply underwhelmed that in 2022 no listing of this address appears to a Google search. Spent 30 minutes with a magnifying glass trying to read if from the back of a found card. The phone number for lost or stolen cards is no help at all and probably resulted in a phone charge
