    Yet again @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp customer service absolutely appalling. For 2nd week running it takes 45 minutes to speak to a human being and then half way through trying to resolve something that should be done digitally, you get cut off. Ridiculous. Sort it out.

    @BarclaysUK further to my message just now. We know you have revived something as you have returned a cheque- that’s another story. I don’t have the time to spend an hour on the phone to you every day trying to speak to someone who us unable to help or does not do what they say!

    @BarclaysUK I've received MULTIPLE calls from Barclays over the same issue.I've spoken to different staff over the same issue. I continue to receive calls & 6 conflicting letters sent days apart. ALL saying different things.can I talk to someone that can actually sort this out.
