    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @BarclaysUK Trying to set up an online account for a friend, keep getting error 1089 - which states there is no mobile phone on the account. NO ****, the person doesn't own a mobile phone, so can't set up a password they'll never use, as they want pin device you never sent.

    @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

    @BarclaysUK Hi, because we don't have a bank locally now would it be okay if I took someone else's bank card to the nearest branch, along with a cheque, for it to be put into their account to save them the journey? Thanks in advance for your help
