    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

    @BarclaysUK your service and support are absolutely diabolical - unable to use apple pay for over 6 weeks and no-one seems to know what they are doing. We'll be closing the account after 45 Years. No one cares!!

    @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

    5/🧵 Now @BarclaysUK wants to close our account and close down the subject, even though they have handled proceeds of crime by Iraqis who continue to try and extort money from us. You only get help from @TheFCA if your name is @Nigel_Farage when it comes to de-banking.

    @sainsburys Wheres my order still or my money back? @BarclaysUK can you guys help do a charge back on an order done with debit card? I paid for 7-8pm delivery on 17 Oct, money has cleared out of account, grocery wasn't delivered Sainsburys asked to DM on fri, which I done & they wont respond
