How does that help the environment again? Yes climate change is serious but they way you convey your message only..

@BarclaysUK what has happened to your customer service? Rang 1st time agent hung up on me Rang second time wanted a complaint open put on hold for 25 mins Rang 3rd time blind transferred to someone didn't have a clue 4th person put on hold now over 40 mins waiting!
