  @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

  @BarclaysUK 3 x fraudulent looking charges have appeared on our business account overnight. This is not the first time in the past year. Do you have any fraud protection at all? Or is it open season? Reaching you is deliberately difficult. Some “service” 🙄 👎🏻

  @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times

  @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, just to advise that the 'Future Payments' function, accessed via the Pay and transfer > Managed scheduled payments menu on Online Banking appears not to be working at the moment. The link seems to be broken.

  @DamonMinchella @BarclaysUK Would you believe me? When I first came to London, I didn't have a credit card..it was quite an adventure! I would support that immediately I'm not a customer there and never will be. Good Luck for the Coming Concert! I wish I could come! What you accomplish on stage is gigantic!
