My experience with @BarclaysUK has been nothing short of appalling. The straw that broke the camel’s back today was being on hold for 25 minutes to customer service and then being cut off before the problem got resolved. All I need is a 5 digit code and my mobile number updated!

@BarclaysUK And you try and chat to someone - the branches no nothing or are closed down, you don't answer the phone and the chat app has the world's worst chat bot that sends you in circles.

How long do you have to be kept on hold to speak to customer services @BarclaysUK before you give up. Currently 38 minutes and counting! And no I don’t have the app! That’s going to require another fruitless phone call. My experience with Barclays recently has been awful!
