    @BarclaysUK & @Barclays To report a lost or stolen card your site says "Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week." But this is not true, they shut at 5pm on a weekend, I have had my card lost/stolen and cannot cancel it! Tried logging it through my wifes app, but no good!

    @BarclaysUK "We’re experiencing a high number of calls at the moment, which is having a big impact on waiting times." I don't know this can be the case as trying to find a phone number on your website like trying to find a needled in a haystack!

    @BarclaysUK 2) got onto the App to explain and then got a message “call us” so I did and the phone message says, “ use chat “ do I tried again. Finally spoke to Jess in phone who promised to help and I said don’t pass me onto fraud dept because I want to raise complaint.

    @BarclaysUK 3) what did she do, put me through to India who could not understand and she cut me off. Tried to speak to Jess again and she finished work at 3pm and said she would call me Monday. Fat lot of good! Rubbish service. Ended up buying laptop on debit card. Waste of time
