@YardleyShooting Yes. @BarclaysUK is particularly dire - apparently they always have high volumes of calls & you have to wait for over an hour to speak to a person & explain your problem all over again tho it’s been the same for the past two months & they still do nothing! Wits end! 🤕

Wait on hold for 15-20 mins for @BarclaysUK to answer the phone for a simple query, get through to George, who promptly cuts me off 🤬. Not the first time either when ringing Barclays. I suppose I’ll have to start again. Good customer service? #pathetic
