    @BarclaysUK If your phone is still working at the end of its contract,save an absolute packet by keeping the phone and switching to SIM only, even if only for a year. Critical not to get into more debt in these times of economic crisis. even if it is at 0%. it's still a grand for a phone!

    im sorry but i’ve been with @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp for 13 years and their customer service has always been brilliant so why now is it like drawing blood from a stone getting an adequate level of service from anyone that works for them

    Honestly @BarclaysUK you really do need to improve your customer service which has become appalling. Countless mistakes with my mortgage application & nobody ever to speak to. I'm now on the verge of losing my house because of your admin issues. Not acceptable #CustomerExperience
