    @BarclaysUK a week on from authentication card being cancelled, still no access to accounts as new authentication card does not tie up with new pin number sent. Service centre can't help, suggest going to atm to unlock card, which won't work as the pin number doesnt work!!

    Having the worst experience with @BarclaysUK Tech insurance, phone went for repair yesterday and came back completely broken & unusable and cannot get anyone to help me with this! It's also my business phone and I fly on Monday

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays absolute rubbish customer service. You request further info and then make it impossible to provide it. Phone lines open at 9am, I get through at 9am and there’s a two hour wait. Time for a change I think…

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp currently spending all morning trying to ‘review’ our business bank accounts so Barclays Business UK can provide us with full access to accounts. Tried telephone. Tried internet - #legacysystems broken. Now at branch - no progress yet 😳

    @BarclaysUK wtf?? Issued a chargeback for a faulty product which you told us to dispose of of the shop didn’t want to take back and then charged us for it at 11pm??

    @BarclaysUK tried to get help on moving a charity on to the right account. Been trying for months with no success. @BarclaysUK clearly don’t value existing customers. All phones lead you back to their website. No help whatsoever!!

    @McDona1d @BarclaysUK @AskNationwide Yep, Nationwide use the same company as Barclays unfortunately. Ironically, when I left Barclays (due to this issue) I moved to Nationwide. I was disappointed to learn that they used the same company to fulfil the mobile phone insurance.
