@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK Guys, for the last 2 days I've noticed the mobile banking app for Android has been hanging when launched not allowing access. Is there a fix being worked on? As not having access to your accounts is quite serious. Thanks.

@BarclaysUK your chat feature is horrible. I go back to respond to a message and it’s either gone, reset or no input box to respond. @monzo nailed the chat since their launch and you guys are still playing catch-up. Bad service as usual 😖

Do not ever purchase any additional services from @BarclaysUK they are only good to bank with. Every other service they promote is appalling especially TECHPACK. DM me if you want any information on how disgusting the service is. I have lost trust in you @BarclaysUK smh.

@BarclaysUK I couldn't access my account on the app - it asked me to download the latest version. I did and it won't accept my 5digit code - it keeps returning T1006 error.

@gavinwatson @BarclaysUK Having problems with them too after being insured for many years. Appalled at their lack of service. They obviously don’t want to pay out on valid claims.

@BarclaysUK Absolutely fuming at barclays tech pack! I pay £14.50 a month for a non existent service. I started a claim in September which has still not be completed due to their appalling customer service!

@BarclaysUKHelp Hopefully this helps anyone in a similar situation. Note however that this approach still relies on having access to a phone. Without it, you are out of luck (as was in my case until someone was kind enough to give me an EU socket), & it's this @BarclaysUK need to look into.

@BarclaysUK Seriously! Can't get through on business banking (most stupid menu system on the planet), can't access account through app and pin sentry not working! Could it be worse?
