    @thegriffter @YvetteHenson @BarclaysUK Terrible customer services too. I applied and was accepted for a card last year. After the card arrived they asked for tax office paperwork it was impossible for me to get at that point in time so they closed the account down. Utterly pointless exercise.

    @BarclaysUK if u r in ‘persistent debt’ (have an expired card n make minimum payments 👀) Barclays remove ur ability to be able to make online payments and access ur statements. So u make it harder to get on top of & monitor the debt … make that make sense 🤔

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK What is going on with international payments? Hardly ever do 1 but the 1 day I have to make an urgent payment the system doesn’t work. I’ve just wasted half an hour on the phone - costing me to log in from abroad - when is this going to be up & running?

    I’m starting to think @BarclaysUK does not want new customers. Trying to open an account with them is mission impossible and the app malfunctions. Trying to speak with a human being to get it sorted has also been unsuccessful. Isn’t technology meant to make life easier?

    @BarclaysUK absolute dreadful service !!!! 30 mins via automated service to be cut off 3 times !! Any money does go missing from my accounts I’m holding you liable !! Joke 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @RMSPayments As a small business I value good customer service. Certainly not what I’ve received from @RMSPayments over the last 50 minutes. Horrendous! Only wanted an extra terminal - still not sorted. Should have gone to @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK Went to King's Lynn branch tried to pay in £100 machine ate money ,eventually someone retrieved it ,told to see a cashier got dumped behind a woman paying in change . I left with the money wasted my entire break. 2nd time in 2 months. No chat working either?
