    @BarclaysUK Hi Guy's, one of my business cards isn't working, I've checked pin and card is unlocked on app. Tried the app chat, but they were going to give me a number, but have disappeared. Any assistance would be appreciated!

    @BarclaysUK your online banking is #diabolical! Cant get anyone on your chat to answer simple questions, been on hold for hours, app help is useless. You called my husband, he can’t call you back.

    Never again am I using the chat service on the @BarclaysUK app. All I wanted was to report my credit card lost. Now I current account has been frozen without my request and chat conversations just magically disappeared!!

    @ShoreShift @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp This is pretty shocking to be fair. If they addressed the letter to the lady you may understand a mistake but to knowingly address it to the executors means they’ve acted on the information given and still thought this was an acceptable letter to send. That’s legit bad service

    You write to me from Mortgage Support Team @BarclaysUK but don’t provide an email address. You took 15 minutes to answer the phone but when the call dropped you don’t ring back. You ring me if you want to speak

    @BarclaysUK was asked to wait 15 working days for a review of my account, its not been 25 working days and getting no where, was told this is all happening because of a £60 payment from my dad who has the same name as me, something needs to be sorted as im getting no where
