My son has spent the last hour waiting for @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK online chat to respond to a question ie. actually respond after the initial hello, let alone resolve. He tried the same last weekend too with no help. Why have these channels if they are not supported?

So to summise. Good interest rate if you can actually get it, whack site, whack app, whack customer services & no knowledge of GDPR. Stick with @BarclaysUK or @VernonStockport it is then. 🤑

@AlexTheGuiri @Barclays @BarclaysUK Well, his underwriting of them was entirely logical/essential if you’d bought into the concept…which became logical/essential, if you bought into the concept of shutting down the entire country, over a cold virus. I think I see now where they went wrong 🤔

@WhatNowDoc @Barclays @BarclaysUK Correct there error as it stated in the small print “no errors for this TT will be attributed to us!” So 1 week after they eventually paid back the fee (plus a load of interest) we dumped them like the crooks they are. Never to be trusted

@Barclays @BarclaysUK @Barclaycard last month I spent over an hour talking to your staff to try and get the incessant amount of junk Mail that I revive from you, addressed to someone who doesn’t even live at my property. Your staff were less than no help, and I’m still receiving

@Ditch_83 @BarclaysUK Many issues with Barclays in the past few years along similar lines to you. Always made to feel like they don’t really want my business, and it’s all a hassle for them. Ready to change but are others any less useful?

Just bought a new phone and sorting various banking apps. All fine until it comes to @BarclaysUK . Apparently if you try to re-register on a different device with the *same* phone number (as for example if you upgraded your phone) the system can't handle it and throws an error

@PhilBillingham @thatlaurawrites @BarclaysUK Service here in SA is also appalling far too often. Takes far too long to get certificates of balance in the event of the 'real' death of a customer. Verifying Letters of Executorship/Probate is probably a challenge for banks.
