Forth person spoken with grasped the problem and I was sent a secure email link which didn't work. Life is too short. Please fix it.

Mark Childs (@markchilds) reported@BarclaysUK Well this is weird, the contact info page gives no email address. The phone number has long waiting times and the app chat requires a login code i dont have. The only communications method they give that will work is Twitter - so here goes.
