@BarclaysUK How is it that you make profits of £8.4b but cannot staff call centres to a level where wait times are under 2 hours and you still get cut off half way through a call? It's unacceptable customer service.

@BarclaysUK over a 2 hour wait the three times I have tried to ring your helpline - who has the time to wait for that… why don’t you have enough staff? If I don’t ring or go 14 miles to a branch I risk our account being closed…. Poor customer service.

@Barclays after two weeks of poor service @BarclaysUK help desk promised me resolution in 48 hours, now after three weeks still nothing. Barclays help desk tried to stop me raising a formal complaint and when they eventually did raise one I have heard nothing back on that either

Trying to get a re mortgage with Barclays @BarclaysUK and Optima Legal @OptimaLegal is one of the worst experiences ever! Dreadful customer service and I can see others are finding the same. We started this in April!! Now about to lose our mortgage offer. Complaints begun..
