  @Barclays I’ve banked with @BarclaysUK since I was 15 — 43 years without ever being overdrawn or causing a problem. I recently received a notice that my account will be closed because I now currently live overseas. I still hold a British passport, pay UK bills, and plan to return home regularly , and intend to retire in the UK. I completely understand compliance rules, but this feels harsh after four decades of loyalty. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this now common practice for British expats? Feels like loyalty no longer counts for much in modern banking.

  @BarclaysUK u f..king suck, you wont issue a refund for a fraudulent transaction, customer service is 💩 towards my mom and you constantly make me in overdrawn when I have no money to pay my phone bill even when I've contacted both sides

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK

  @BarclaysUKHelp @gregstwin Isn't it obvious that @BarclaysUK doesn't actually care about it's customers or their requests at all 0% ? Isn't it obvious that they just politely told you to **** of since 2021? Just change the bank man, ALL the other bank apps are better ,have actual useful features.

  @BarclaysUK can you please confirm when I can speak to a human on the app chat? It has been down for weeks and I need to close a fixed savings accunt that you automaticaly set up without my authorisation at the maturity i of a previous fixed term savings account.

  @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it. Shocking customer disregard

  Anybody else had to wait on @BarclaysUK @Barclays to release a charge on a property? Loan paid off 2 yrs ago! Been nearly 1 week since contacting them to get any positive response! Refinancing being delayed causing cash flow issues !!
