@mellymels_ao @BarclaysUK cant wait to take my service elsewhere. All i'm trying to do is create online banking so i can see my transactions. Why that's not an automatic thing upon account creation is beyond me. I tried to do online, it says i must call. Such ****** bank.

@andersleijersta @Barclays @BarclaysUK There are 2 branches of Barclays banking. A normal every day account or an account called Barclays Premier. They are very different. I receive amazing service even if I call at midnight! Change to Premier if you fit their criteria (which I believe you do).

42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.
