    @BarclaysUK Trying to report a lost Barclays debit card on a Saturday evening but I waited that long the automated service finally told me it was connecting me to an advisor but then got an automated message telling me the hours were 9am to 8pm and ended the call. No 24hr sec

    @BarclaysUK I appreciate I could of used my own solicitor but using your solicitors OptimaLegal is an awful experience. I am yet to speak to my case handler in 9 weeks! I can never get through to anyone and they never reply through the portal. You need to rethink your support!
