    @BarclaysUK I have never experienced such bad service. I'm a customer of 45 years +, My pinestry machine does not work, I'm an international customer so don't have an app. It take 18 minutes to get through your telephone system, there is then a 40 minute wait, disgraceful.

    @BarclaysUKHelp It’s not down to the customers to prove if your fraud team are legitimately calling them, the onus is on @BarclaysUK otherwise all the fraud warnings you put out mean nothing…. A fraud team that cannot verify its origin, absolute joke.
