@BarclaysUK possibly the most critical time for you to be accessible to UK customers and it's impossible to get through on the phone (over 90 minutes), via your chatbot (just times out) and your text facility (just plain doesn't work). Really poor.

@Markbben @Barclays Hi Mark, sorry to hear that. I have been waiting months for support from them following a sudden death in the family. @BarclaysUK are one of the lowest ranked for bereavement support- and it really shows
