Hmm. @BarclaysUK automated system has now cut me off three times and the live chat is a shambles. Not sure I've actually got to speak to a human at all yet. Automation for customer interaction means abysmal service.

Are you a @BarclaysUK customer? Did you know that in 2021 #Barclays provided £4.1bn for NEW #FossilFuel projects despite the fact that @IPCC_CH says we must REDUCE use of fossil fuels immediately humanity to survive? 🤔 Yes. Then why not #MoveYourMoney to an ethical bank? 🧵

@BarclaysUK Feel like I'm being scammed by you guys. It's pretty duplicitious to say counter transactions are down in the pandemic when you wouldn't let most people in, and then use that as an excuse to close my local branch. Expect me to be closing my account soon.
