@BarclaysUK,absolutely ******* useless.Trying to setup the Barclays app on a new device as it won’t let me log in.Been sitting here for 4 ******* hours waiting for this to be sorted, still nothing.Given a number now to contact. But of course it’s a charging by the minute number.

@LouiseTalks @BarclaysUK I was issued with an local authority refund cheque and entered my nearest branch 7m away. “Sorry but we do not offer that service as a walk-in”. I’ve been a customer since I started work at 17. I’m 65 next month!

@BarclaysUK Crazy what’s happening to your banking services in the UK, just waited an hour (no fault of the branch) because they’re operating a walk-in service with 3 members of staff. Meanwhile at Lloyd’s up the road they had around 8 staff, all happy to help. Come on guys..
