    @BarclaysUK the service I received from your bank is to be honest an absolute disgrace. Has taken 7 attempts to get a debit card. No ownership or accountability! Still haven’t got it.

    @BarclaysUK I just spoke to your complaints team. Apparently you can't make a complaint about something not working properly. They've not put me through to the digital help desk, who I just explained it all too, and guess what? They are now transferring me to someone else. Never ending!

    I had a savings account with £5k in it with @BarclaysUK. I couldn’t access it online, via the app, or telephone banking. Forgot about it for a while. Tried again. Too difficult. Why? Now it’s transferred out to @monzo and account closed.
