BEWARE when finalising your mortgage with @BarclaysUK . Their staff do not know what the documentation means and contractual promises are broken. “Your refund of overpayments will arrive in 5 days.” It didn’t. I queried. Took two attempts cut off both times. Usual excuses. CRAP

They ruined my MacBook with fake parts and refused to do anything, I had to fork out another grand for a MacBook, I was furious with them over the phone! Barclays name is brought

@BarclaysUK Free tip: Don’t bank with @Barclays, had a N380 charging order filled out against them due to @Barclays not paying out monies owed from a TPDO without giving any explanation after contacting them numerous times! Outrageous! And I have contacted Customer support to no avail
