Upset that despite being a loyal customer of @barclaysuk noone able to make a decision on my mortgage port. In the meantime a couples retirement dreams & a families dream move are falling apart, & I stand to lose £10k. Sad times for a bank who I believed stood by their values.

@BarclaysUK I'm a shop owner on the High Street, its a terrible shame that Knaresborough town centre has no bank, and the only 2 ATM machines were out of action today! On market day too! Its absolutely heartbreaking having no bank in town.

@BarclaysUK @MartinSLewis funny that when you say we’re here to help Barclays hides under a stone. This is one of the worst cases seen by the ombudsman dept and Barclays ignores the ombudsman ruling. And refuses to talk to me.
