Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp your business banking service is an absolute shambles. 20min wait times on EVERY CALL. Wrong information provided and more calls needed. 2 months for a mandate change to be executed and it’s still done wrong. You are one customer fewer.

Barclays froze my funds for 2 months and asked me for proof of funds but did not even look at it after I submitted all documents. It has gone past the 10 working days deadline but there is still no response from them. @BarclaysUK @Barclays
