@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

I am still trapped in @BarclaysUK #avios scheme - a technical issue means I can’t leave the scheme. They just keep refunding my fee but that’s really not the point. @BarclaysUKHelp are lovely and I feel we’re friends now but they can’t do anything. @FSCS haven’t really helped. 🤯

@_RetweetPete @BarclaysUK Same here. @barclays has been steradily collapsing over recent years. Today they are in chaos. They've put up a wall against their customers. Impossible to speak with them. I was even turned away in branch. They just said "call this number" and pleaded with me to leave.

@BarclaysUK possibly the most critical time for you to be accessible to UK customers and it's impossible to get through on the phone (over 90 minutes), via your chatbot (just times out) and your text facility (just plain doesn't work). Really poor.
