    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

  • annejam80747133 anne james (@annejam80747133) reported from London, England

    As a @BarclaysUK customer, I call on Barclays to stop bankrolling the destruction of our planet. Phase out fossil fuel funding now!

  • DifferentEndz Valdis Bičevskis (@DifferentEndz) reported from Ealing, England

    @BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

  • ChrisSharps Chris ⭐️⭐️ (@ChrisSharps) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp hey, just out of curiosity when are you going to start mortgage appointments in branch again? As the current system is absolutely terrible and not being able to see someone face to face is seriously putting me off keeping my mortgage with you.

Barclays Issues Reports

  • MoosterPops MoosterPops (@MoosterPops) reported

    @XRebellionUK @BarclaysUK I can't take this action seriously and am actually doubting ER as a reliable organisation. More glass has to be made and transported along with the workers to fit it. How does that help? The action makes you look foolish and people won't take you seriously which is a huge worry.

  • sp_jimbob JSP (@sp_jimbob) reported

    @XRebellionUK @BarclaysUK and as a result a load of glass will need to be replaced which generates a load of carbon, to be driven to site in vehicles that emit carbon and all sorts of other particulates ... and on top of all that, the general public just end up thinking of you as vandals not activists ...

  • SteeloPlays Steelo (@SteeloPlays) reported

    @gullyjam @XRebellionUK @BarclaysUK You've got some serious issues.

  • xzlod Martin A #FBPE (@xzlod) reported

    @XRebellionUK @BarclaysUK Fully support action on climate change but how is breaking windows going to change minds?

  • suzybe Sue Bennett (@suzybe) reported

    @XRebellionUK @BarclaysUK Do you have any idea how many agreed with the need for change but can't support your destructive methods? You must be losing more supporters than you gain with your continuing violence and disruption. More glass must now be produced, more fuel to transport it, how does this help?

  • Jay26457652 Jay (@Jay26457652) reported

    @BarclaysUK can’t believe how Iv been treated the last couple of days Iv made complaints been told a manager will ring me back twice still waiting what a bad bad service made my life hell these people have my head hurts from all the stress nobody should be going thru this

  • HannahHaisman_H Hannah Hatt (@HannahHaisman_H) reported

    Waiting for @BarclaysUK mortgages is getting beyond a joke. Broker submitted application 17th Feb. Sent extra info 5th March & nothing. He's chasing, I'm chasing. Is anyone on the mortgage team working? Looks like I'll lose my sale as vendor has had enough

  • smidger13 smudger (@smidger13) reported

    @XRebellionUK @BarclaysUK Yeah they were smashing glass with hammers, only to have replacements put in made (using fossil fuels) and driven on a truck (using fossil fuels) fitted by men who have traveled there (using fossil fuels) they just added to the problem, maybe they should have stayed at home

  • Reddysim1 Reddysim 🌸 (@Reddysim1) reported

    @willowbotanics @XRebellionUK @BarclaysUK It's a sign and an act I fully support these women

  • Climate_Spot Climate Spot (@Climate_Spot) reported

    @XRebellionUK @BarclaysUK I don't think this is the right thing to do and sends the wrong message about #ClimateAction. Can understand the many obstacles we face, but there are better ways. Targeting one specific bank also isolates the cause. There are many factors to broken promises on #climate.
