Eventually answered after 1hr 17 mins on hold. Then received a further call at 2020’ rang once and u left a message. Immediately tried to return the call as requested but the office was closed!!! This is impossible @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp been a customer since the 1990s and have several accounts with you. For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

Hello @BarclaysUK. In my honest opinion, the Branch Finder on your website needs a complete overhaul and regular updating. I checked it this morning to see if my local branch was open today, and to my delight, it was! Yet, I arrived at the door to find it closed! Misleading 🙄

@BarclaysUK Was told to come into your branch to speak to someone as you couldn't provide a service online. Turned up, with proof and witness, and the only person who could do it couldn't do it as they don't have time. Was told it would only take 10 mins. What service is this?

@BarclaysUK @drowso Deeply underwhelmed that in 2022 no listing of this address appears to a Google search. Spent 30 minutes with a magnifying glass trying to read if from the back of a found card. The phone number for lost or stolen cards is no help at all and probably resulted in a phone charge

Appealing service from @BarclaysUK tonight.. 7 hours on the chat service and still no resolution.. 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone and then they tell me I'm too late and to call back tomorrow. An auauthorised payment has taken my money and my child has no food!!
