For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

The chat facility was useless (unhelpful generic responses) & the tel banking service was no better...40 mins on hold? Customer for 35 years+...not impressed.
