@BarclaysUK Hi, can someone tell me how I delete payee’s on the app, or do I need to sign in online to do so? I’ve tried searching and get told “Pay & Transfer>Manage & Track>Manage Saved Payee List. The only matching option I have is Pay & Transfer?

@BarclaysUK How is it that you make profits of £8.4b but cannot staff call centres to a level where wait times are under 2 hours and you still get cut off half way through a call? It's unacceptable customer service.

@BarclaysUK over a 2 hour wait the three times I have tried to ring your helpline - who has the time to wait for that… why don’t you have enough staff? If I don’t ring or go 14 miles to a branch I risk our account being closed…. Poor customer service.
