    Empyrean (@Empyrean0000) reported

@BarclaysUK sold an order through the app, withdrew it to my current account and the money has vanished into thin air without ever transferring. Furthermore, now I cant access my orders without the app giving me an error.

  • NotHarry16
    Harry Wraith (@NotHarry16) reported

@BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

    Lola (Was Pebbles) (@Meerkat8Jh) reported

@BarclaysUK - Hi Team I need some help with a mortgage I had with Woolwich before you bought them out. I live abroad - so I would really appreciate some help & support via Internet/email/phone calls. Hopefully you'll find the time to reply & I can get an answer to a question.

  • LeeCraddock12
    Lee (@LeeCraddock12) reported

@JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.

@steezypush @BarclaysUK @Apple Well sure. I had notification that my score went down, so it had some impact !

  • jemmabondc
    Jema (@jemmabondc) reported

@BarclaysUK I would like to report a scam. A representative pretending they were from Debenhams convinced me to open a Lemfi account to obtain a refund, but I've since discovered they are fake. Is there a way I can get it back and block them?

  • AstroMikeW
    Michael Wilton (@AstroMikeW) reported

@BarclaysUK Can't switch to barclays because of having a middle name that doesn't fit on drivers licence! Branch not open Saturday. What ever happened to scan and send? You've lost a potential Premier customer!

  • BebbMalcolm
    Malcolm Bebb (@BebbMalcolm) reported

@StuartMaggs @BarclaysUK Since we still had a working bank card, we moved all the money out - it was only a few hundred quid - in cash and opened an account with a different bank. For all I know the Santander bank is still sending stuff to the wrong address.

  • StonehamPress
Tim Lewis @Stoneham Press (@StonehamPress) reported

@BarclaysUK - There are many things that are good about your online service but the way it seems to forget the people I’ve recently paid is extremely annoying.

  • shashwat1198
    Shashwat Khandelwal (@shashwat1198) reported

@BarclaysUK In the last visit I felt the whole process was very disrespectful for me. They are respecting their internal processes more than their potential customer (which makes no sense to me).
