    You write to me from Mortgage Support Team @BarclaysUK but don’t provide an email address. You took 15 minutes to answer the phone but when the call dropped you don’t ring back. You ring me if you want to speak

If they addressed the letter to the lady you may understand a mistake but to knowingly address it to the executors means they’ve acted on the information given and still thought this was an acceptable letter to send. That’s legit bad service
