@BarclaysUK can you help me out? Today you declined a payment of £11.99 due to "insufficient funds" but then hours later debited £44.03 in "overdraft fees" from the same account which has resulted in me being charged for going over my overdraft. Can you make it make sense?

Can’t believe that my mum has worked for @BarclaysUK for over 48 years and didn’t get any letter or message or gift for working there when she left. Shocking... piss poor Barclays.

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK still no resolve, costing us over £3k in a failed sale & purchase. 4 months you’ve known about the ground rent, perhaps they should call the £2 a month diff ‘service charge’ as it then wouldn’t count! (We have £0 service charge) saving £1200+ yearly!

@BarclaysUK The only confirmation I have is a code sent to me after the first attempt to open an account through the app. I have no emails to track progress of my account application. Someone at the online help desk said that they'll send me a code to my address to confirm it?

@BarclaysUK your app chat might be the most useless form of service that I have ever used. 2 hours on and still explaining my initial issue to the 5th colleague at least. I was frustrated enough to make contact now I just don’t want to use you at all

@BarclaysUK You are shutting two branches in the area of the UK that has the highest ratio of old people? Disgusting, are you going to come and personally help my 84 year old mother with her online banking???

@BarclaysUK What a total shambles your customer service has become. I have been trying to resolve a serious account error since January!Your customer relations line has an automated msg that wait times are an hour minimum as you have ‘fewer colleagues’ due to Covid! Tosh!

@BarclaysUK how can banking be so difficult. Terrible experience. Over 2 hours on the phone and the issues have still not been sorted.
