@BarclaysUK a week on from authentication card being cancelled, still no access to accounts as new authentication card does not tie up with new pin number sent. Service centre can't help, suggest going to atm to unlock card, which won't work as the pin number doesnt work!!

@BarclaysUK Help please - the CHAPs payment I did online with you to my solicitor on Friday still hasn't been paid, we complete on our house tomorrow! I called earlier and after an hour in the queue they said it was approved and would be paid at 6pm today but it hasn't. Eeeeep!

@BarclaysUK @Barclays I've been waiting to complete on a property purchase for 11 months. The land registry is showing you have a charge on it, however when questioned you confirm no interest?? However you've still not removed the charge!! #twitter #help 🤯

“There were charges against your card today, £300, £1300” said the robot voice. Put phone down before it could continue, rushed to @BarclaysUK in York. There WEREN’T any but it’s so easy to fall for this as mum did years ago. Everything checked out ok.

Great service @BarclaysUK. You asked for some business info for your files. Now you need more info or you'll close my account. I don't know what info you need unless I call. 40+ mins to wait on phone. A better way round would be you call me, no?
