@BarclaysUK Is your video calling service currently working? I’m trying to open two BarclayPlus accounts without going into a branch but there is no Video Call option available within the app and the separate Video calling app needs a link to be sent to it

So disappointed @BarclaysUK! After four phone calls and a lengthy branch visit, still no progress in accessing online banking (in order to sort out my mortgage) Error code 35204 apparently an enigma!!😞

@BarclaysUK My app still isn't showing my business account, only my Barclaycard. I've tried pressing Accounts as the status page suggested but that isn't working - I need to access statements ASAP for a mortgage appointment.
