Monday mornings are mainly spent on hold as I navigate services on behalf of my mum and dad. Today it is @BarclaysUK and the ONE good thing is that they have a variety of hold music but they do keep suggesting the app is quicker but as POA I do not have access to the app!

@BarclaysUK Update. The contacts app has just started crashing on start-up as well. And that is both with VoiceOver enabled and disabled. So there is certainly another app encountering serious problems in the #iOS16 public. Beta 4 on my iPhone.

@BarclaysUK on your iPhone app the log in button is very close to the bottom of the screen so when I swipe up to kill the app it logs back in. Is there any way the button could be moved?

@BarclaysUK finally moving from your bank after 12 years. No customer service whatsoever. Who runs a business in 2022 where phone lines don’t open on a Saturday and a live chat takes 45 mins to respond #badcustomerservice
