For months I have been trying to close one dormant account. I have followed your instructions, made calls, sent letters, ID etc. But a/c still sits open - why? Time to switch banks?

Explained to 3 different colleagues on the phone, to then be told nobody could cancel it as ‘that team doesn’t work evenings’. If you have POA/Deputyship don’t lose your bank card after 5pm.

Holding over 15 minutes and still no answer when told it would be 5 mins. Great service this. Stuck trying to pay for a new car tyre! Thanks.
