I remember the good old days when these kind of mental issues were dealt with behind closed doors - frequently not a good thing, then we had a period of more humane treatment - now it is just dystopian.

If you're talking to me on the phone I quite clearly have a female voice and would think you'd gone nuts by asking me what I am. Also THEY refers to more than one person. There's definitely only one of me!
