So How Are You Supposed To Contact @BarclaysUK They Have Had My Account Details Wrong Since October 2019 Can’t reach them by Phone just run you round in circles the Chat App just closes down when you try to use it been into branch at least twice and been told can’t sort it there

@ScornflakeGrrrl @BarclaysUK everyone I know who banks with them says they have awful customer service (and my dad still hates them for not pulling out of SA during apartheid... he holds a grudge). I bank with co-op and have always had 5* customer service with them! my parents use HSBC and like them too

@BarclaysUK I withdrew £500 from the ATM at South Woodford .. problem is while £500 came out of my account only £460 came out of the ATM .. apparently I’ve to wait to see if it “shows up” later and if not then the response in the branch was a shoulder shrug .. could you translate

@BarclaysUK please can you provide me with an email address as I want to make a complaint. I don’t want to speak/chat online I want to put it in writing and not send a letter in the post. You say on your website that I can contact via email, yet you don’t supply an email address!

@BarclaysUK I appreciate I could of used my own solicitor but using your solicitors OptimaLegal is an awful experience. I am yet to speak to my case handler in 9 weeks! I can never get through to anyone and they never reply through the portal. You need to rethink your support!

@BarclaysUK Hello. Could you let me know when you expect to fix the cheque paying in facility on the app? I had a text to say it’s fixed but it still won’t let you take a photo of the cheque - it just closes the app. Thanks!
