    @BarclaysUK I just wanted to recognise the outstanding customer service I received today at Torquay. I recently lost my father, and the sudden death is still raw. On my visit to the Torquay branch, the staff were empathetic,sympathetic and caring. Outstanding customer service.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK The Premiership now Tennis. How about banking. The worst service ever. Spent two hours over two days in two branches to withdraw some cash. Failed

    @BarclaysUK 2/2 she then had to go in again after being hospitalised and was told by the branch staff the card had not been ordered. This is an absolute disgrace especially her condition, the service received and had to put herself at risk and was lied to.

    @BarclaysUK Why don't you allow Samsung Pay? As a customer, I want to be able to choose how I pay for goods using my account not be told I can't have something.

    @BarclaysUK No cheques received! Clearly you never sent them. Still no money deposited back to my account, still no account reinstated in working order. Barclays have unlawfully kept my money for a month now! Do you know how stressful this is? U are morally & legally at fault!

    @MattBennett93 @BarclaysUK It's probably worth you going straight through to the complaints team to get this raised. Don't bother ringing their customer care team, they was all useless with my issue (similar to yours) about a year ago. Complaints team managed to get it sorted but it did take a few months.
