@BarclaysUK I have issues with my debit card again & again there is no one to speak to as your chat is automated. This is 3rd attempt at getting this resolved! The customer service is extremely poor

@BarclaysUK trying to add my wife to my premier account seemingly impossible. Epsom branch couldn’t see us for a month apparently and even though she has a Barclays account we can’t do it over the phone or online.

@LlamaBusiness @BarclaysUK I cancelled my credit card with them as I couldn’t speak to anyone to resolve an issue. I tried in branch and they said even they can’t speak to anyone. I tried everything to speak to a human. Eventually I wrote to explain the situation and never heard from them so gave up.
