    @BarclaysUK I have issues with my debit card again & again there is no one to speak to as your chat is automated. This is 3rd attempt at getting this resolved! The customer service is extremely poor

    Well this is not news but a @BarclaysUK is an awful bank with awful service. They have been holding 5k of mine since 2/11/22 and have not transferred it back to me. I gave them everything they requested on 19/12/22 yet I keep being told to wait 5 working days. @financialombuds

    Hey @BarclaysUK I asked you nicely to be kind & waive my mortgage repayment fee as I'm having to sell my house after my husband's sudden death, but you've refused as it's "against your policy" (fine within 12 months of customer death, otherwise no). How can I change your mind?

    @BarclaysUK it’s impossible to verify my business details (for a community account). You haven’t told me what info you need, I work full-time Monday to Friday and your office are are 9-5 Monday-Friday. I’ve currently been on hold for 50 minutes!

    @BarclaysUK absolutely appalled by your customer service. My father has banked with you for over 60 years. He’s suddenly very unwell and in a residential home. We need ratify an LPA. First appointment offered 08.02. We need to pay care home bills. We live 2 hours away. Disgusted

    @maddyalexanderg @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Oh my that’s awful - I’ve had similar experiences which other companies! Bring back good customer service where you don’t have to go through 10+ hurdles to chat to someone and get a resolution.

    @BarclaysUK must have the worst business banking customer service of all UK banks. Three hours on hold in a Q today before being cut off. 2h yesterday. Option to be called back doesn’t work. Shambles!
