    @BarclaysUK I have tried since 27.3 to talk to someone at Barclays regrettable this task has proved impossible today 7 hours on chat only to be told you cannot talk to anyone they cannot call you. I was given a phone number but each time I tried had to give up after hold 40 mins

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I've been holding on the phone for 1 hour and 12 minutes. I'm a Barclays Premier customer. I'd hate to see how your non-Premier customers are treated. What does one have to do to get help -- other than change banks?

    @neilTheMagpie @BarclaysUK Been with them near on 25yrs, no bother at all .. only issue I have is that their Premier Banking team call every 2 months to try and upsell services ..

    @BarclaysUK What a business model you have! You sell me your gadget tech pack insurance and take my money and when I raise a formal complaint that a sub standard screen that errors every 14 days on restarting the phone you close it stating its not a Barclays problem. #conbank

    @BarclaysUK hi, I just cashed in a cheque on the app and my available balance only appears to show half of the amount (+£100), rather than the whole amount, even though the full £200 shows in my transactions. Is this an error I need assistance with or a security measure?

    @BarclaysUK You've declined my choice of picture for personalising my bank card, despite it not contravening any of your rules. There is no obvious option on the "contact us" page on the website to let me rectify this. Please advise.
