    @BarclaysUK I have issues with my debit card again & again there is no one to speak to as your chat is automated. This is 3rd attempt at getting this resolved! The customer service is extremely poor

    @BarclaysUK The past week, you have let me down so badly. Hiding behind working from home, so I cannot directly speak directly to the department I need to is wholly unacceptable. Shocking service. Actually disgusted.

    @BarclaysUK I have spent more than an hour today trying to set up an account for my 16 year old son. As an exisiting customer I have twice been kicked off of the video banking app after getting from 50 ish to 30 ish in the queue due to a technical glitch.

    @BarclaysUK I live abroad. My debit card has expired since May 2021. I am unable to use PINS ENTRY. I have tried to ring Barclays. The automated service keeps asking for my credit card number which I do not have. When I enter my debit card details, it is not recognised.

    @BarclaysUK I have a Barclays mortgage. I want to change my address but your website won’t let me do it as it says I need a current account. I try your app but it says the same a current account. I call your number but after 20 mins am cut off; the wait time is now 40 mins.

    @BarclaysUK I moved away from UK 2 years ago and realized that I didn't close my account. My PINSentry is bust (and card is expired). I can access online banking with passcode etc. But can't transfer money without a PINSentry. I'd like to transfer and close account, please advise
