Hello @BarclaysUK. In my honest opinion, the Branch Finder on your website needs a complete overhaul and regular updating. I checked it this morning to see if my local branch was open today, and to my delight, it was! Yet I arrive at the door to find it closed! Misleading 🙄

Hello @BarclaysUK. I think it is time to fix the Branch Finder on your website and ensure that it is kept up-to-date regularly. I checked it this morning to see if my local branch was open today, and to my delight, it was! Yet when I arrive at the door, it is closed! Misleading.

. @BarclaysUK paying in a cheque feature on their mobile banking app is atrocious.. spent half an hour trying to take photos of the cheque only for it to keep saying they need a clearer picture! It’s pin sharp!! Awful technology and app 😡
