@BarclaysUK I have issues with my debit card again & again there is no one to speak to as your chat is automated. This is 3rd attempt at getting this resolved! The customer service is extremely poor

@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp hi so you have now closed my 91 year old grandmothers closest banks down, she is registered blind so can’t use internet banking and her hearing is worsening so she can’t use telephone banking. Why on earth are you closing down branches?

@BarclaysUK trying to open a Premier Account but the website tells me I have to use the App, the app doesn't let me do anything beyond my current credit card... the online help is for Apple users only... not feeling the love

Isn't it about time @BarclaysUK used some of their obscene profits to hire more staff and create a better experience for Us the paying customer? People don't have 45 minutes of their time to waste making important calls. Why do we allow them to get away with this?

@BarclaysUK I went and drew money out of a @santanderuk cash machine but never got the money! I’m now down on my account and have no money! Can’t get through to anyone and the app doesn’t help at all! Not happy

@BarclaysUK I'm trying to reach your customer care regarding issues with debit card txn for 4 days now without luck. Tried everything - app, website.. everything redirects me to your call line which keeps me on hold for 20+mins and then disconnects.

@BarclaysUK You also need to make sure you’re not a new customer within the last six months otherwise they won’t let you switch product to the credit card. For no valid reason apart from “it’s our policy”. Pathetic.
