  @rcgarage280328 I've also had a good experience of @BarclaysUK customer services recently with a dispute due to incorrect payment details sent. Very impressed!

  Yet again another disgusting show of customer service from @Barclays @BarclaysUK No compassion or common sense in dealing with people with disabilities… resulting in them and carer leaving branch in tears 😡 and this is AFTER complaints dept got involved. Time for ombudsman

  Be warned if planning to switch to @BarclaysUK. They will not give you access to your money 'for up to 4 days', don't generate a card automatically (I needed to request one from CS), don't allow you to log into your account online (need pin sentry which is unavailable).
